Lossiemouth Eng Patch - LSS

Introducing the Logistics Support Squadron (LSS) patch for Engineering & Logistics Wing, RAF Lossiemouth. A design that honours the team at the heart of the station’s daily operations. If Engineering keeps the aircraft flying, Logistics Support keeps the station moving.

Again, set on a backdrop of the Lossie blue tartan, the design roots LSS firmly in its Scottish home. The shape mirrors the wider Wing identity, but the wording shifts the focus to the squadron that manages the lifeblood of RAF operations: supply, transport, infrastructure support, fuels, movements, and everything in between.

At the centre sits the familiar ENG & LOGS WG emblem. The Typhoon, Poseidon, and Wedgetail silhouettes representing the aircraft and capability that rely on LSS to operate effectively. Above them, the eagle spreads its wings, symbolising guardianship, readiness, and the high standards the squadron upholds.
